The Pistol Club of MTU is dedicated to providing a safe, secure, and enjoyable indoor shooting environment for shooters of all ability levels.  We will help new shooters become acquainted with firearm safety and basic shooting, and coach them to be as accurate as possible.

The Pistol Club of MTU is partially funded by the Student Activity Fee as well as membership dues.  We have several .22LR target pistols available for new shooters to try, and a couple of larger caliber firearms for more advanced shooters.  Everyone is welcome at our range hours, from the most accurate bulls-eye shooters, to the novices who have never held a firearm before.

Michigan Tech is unusual in having a student-run firing range, and we set the highest safety standards for ourselves and our shooters in order to keep this wonderful privilege.  Please come join us and see what we are all about.
